Very wierd problem I have a region in sim city 4. I have already made 6 cities. Now when i make the 7th one, it grows 10x slower then all the others. it refuses to have any other industry then hi tech. It moves so slow. the demand for housing can be up 100% but no new houses will be built. Only the commercial develops. i get one or two high tech industrial buildings, other then that no industrial at all. I zone the land it wont grow, i have tried in 3 different city zone areas in my region. What is going on?
