When is Sims 2 out and Where can I buy?

I'm glad they've set the price for pre-orders already because I was worried it MIGHT cost more for sims 2... think about all the WORK they had to put into it and how that could mean it costs maxis a lot more money to get it created... I'm glad it looks like it'll be about the same cost and price even though they had to develop a whole new game with a TON more details....

Are you trying to guess their money coming in, or their profit after paying all their employees and costs and stuff? It should be HUGE either way!!

I went and looked, I LOVED the new fountains... but it's not worth it for me to get the game JUST for a few new objects... Should be GREAT for people coming in new to the game because now they won't have to track down the older expansion packs, I'm guessing there weren't enough out there left for everyone who wanted them anyway.

 

It is a shame that they make something like the sims double deluxe and add items if the dont ven let evryone else download them

 

I read something somwhere today that said the new content objects for sims double deluxe will all come out as simday downloads I hope that's true!

I'm almost definitely not going to play the sims once the sims 2 comes out anyway, so I don't really care about new items. I've barely played the sims now that I know about the sims 2, they just feel like dolls and I keep thinking about how much more you can do with the Sims 2 and get bored or frustrated with my game. Does anyone else have that problem?

You might pm manager Josh or moose and ask how to change your name. You may just have to rejoin under another name.

Actually the difference between Sims 1 & 2 might be the difference between paper dolls and a 3D for real doll house.
looking forward to 2, but still downloading 1.
