    Yet Another System Qualification Thread

im pretty sure mine will work pretty well, but wanted to make sure.

    2GHZ Celeron
256MB PC2100 DDR (plan to upgrade to atleast 512 this xmas)
40GB HD (i have another 60GB handy which i can install any time)
    Intel onboard graphhics (64MB shared)
    Windows XP Home

the reason why i say im pretty sure of my system running ts2 well is cuz i run other demanding games like simcity4 and flight simulator 2004 and they run very well.

I'd recommend upgrading your RAM above 512MB and try getting a processor that isn't operating on a Celeron. You can probably get a Pentium 4 2.0GHz Processor Dirt Cheap at http://www.topmic.com

thats another problem. im not sure if the proccessor can be upgraded. from my knowledge, the oem intel mobo's are very hard if not impossible to upgrade the proccessor.

Just who designed your computer? A third party or company like Dell/HP/etc.

its a Gateway E2000. also, i have no agp slots in here, so upgrading the video is pretty much impossible unless i can get a decent pci version.

also, do you think that any of their pci video cards would be like say about 3 - 3 1/2 inches in width? cuz my case also seems to be a major issue. its designed for half slot cards only, but i can take off the metal peice from the end and most cards will fit.

Intel Extremes uses a dyamically allocated memory system-8mb shared system RAM, then upto 64mb dyamiccally allocted graphics memory-bt not from system RAM
